Recently constructed The Villas at The Springs is a group of 5 double storey, two-bedroom luxury villas. They are traditionally designed and tastefully furnished. Each villa offers a range of facilities and has its own private garage and garden offering comfort & relaxation.
On the Emirates Hills within a short drive from Jumeira public beach and easy access to 3 golf courses near by. Some 30 minutes from the airport and the city centre with its many attractions and shopping malls. A short drive to the famous
Wild Wadi water park. A range of excursions to include desert safaris, city tours and Dhow cruises can be arranged.
We offer the following 5 star services:
· Housekeeping: Complimentary twice a week together with bed linen , bath robes and towel change.
· ADSL fast internet connection Free of charge in two positions within the villa.
· Free telephone connection with free incoming and free LOCAL outgoing telephone calls.
· Welcome Pack upon your arrival. You will find complimentary, coffee, tea milk, Bread, butter, marmalade, fresh fruits, and bottled water. Shampoo, bath gel and soap are available free of charge.

The villas are set in the Emirates Hills Springs development which is very nice, all new and quiet. All amenities are close by. Common Swimming pool at less than 50 meters and community center with Mini Market, Restaurants and recreational
facilities at less than 5 min walking distance. Having a car would be useful although taxis will arrive within 10 minutes at any time. We can arrange transportation from/to Dubai airport upon guest’s request with a min charge.

Anreiseinformationen
Upon exiting the airport go towards Jebel Ali by using the Sheik Zayed road. Upon arriving Dubai Marina at Interchange 5 on Sh. Zayed road (Hard rock Cafe), turn left over the interchange and follow the direction to Emirates Hills. Upon entering Emirates Hills pls follow the signs for Springs. Follow the sign Springs 2. when you enter Springs 2 you turn left and go to street 11 and look for Villa 29. That's it !!!! you reached at your villa !!!!!
